The castings with German technology and the important components are molded by special wood and aluminum mold casting, sand cleaning, tempering heat
treatment and stress relief processing to get the required components.
Both servo feeding and saw blade feeding adopt ball screw, linear guide rail, slider and automatic lubrication mechanism.
The cooling adopts micro-lubrication, centralized atomization and rapid cooling to ensure that the saw blade and sawing surface are intact and regular.
The sawing table and backing board are equipped with bakelite boards to ensure that the surface of the material is not damaged.
The machine has the function of servo pulling the tail material to achieve a tail material of 20mm.
Cutting cooling: It adopts an oil mist lubrication and cooling, and it is required to accurately spray the oil mist onto the cutting saw blade. The spray is automatically
turned on when the saw blade is feeding, and the spray is automatically stopped when the saw is returned. The volume of the oil mist can be adjusted. .
The cutting table has its own separation function to make sure the cutting surface is smooth without knife marks, and improve the saw blade life.
Protective cover: All rotating parts are equipped with safety protective cover, made of Q235 cold-rolled plate. The saw blade protective cover is equipped with
an observation window (the window is protected by a transparent material to prevent debris from flying out), and there is a support device after the protective
