SLS double heads circular saw pipe cutting machine with function of pneumatic clamp,manual feeding and pneumatic cutting. Machine can be realized angle cutting which greatly increase the cutting feasibility. Good mechanical system ensures high cutting quality without burrs on tube internal and external.
Twin heads circular saw precise cutting of metal steels tubes or profiles from both heads at the same time increased working efficiency. Two head separately control to increase the flexible of machine working under different cutting requirement.Dual heads installed max 315mm HSS saw blade are cooled and lubricated by cycling saponified liquid. Saw head freely adjust the head position by manual to suit different cutting angle which range among 45-90 degree.
Water cooling and lubricate system prolongs the life of machine and saw blade. Each cold saw is covered by a one year
parts warranty plus lifetime technical support by SLS.We keep many cold saw models in stock for quick shipments.
